Peterborough United were unfortunate not to come away from Walsall with a win after an error by the assistant referee wrongly flagged for off-side after Posh thought they`d scored a winner! Who was voted man of the match though?

Posh had a goal wrongly disallowed after an assistant referee along with the referee decided that Junior Morias was offside as he scored what should`ve been the winner for Posh. Morias was clearly on-side and even the home side didn`t appeal knowing that they`d conceded a perfectly good goal!

Grant McCann admitted he picked the wrong team and wrong formation to start the match but a switch in formation and personnel brought Posh back to life and were unlucky not to get a win in the end.

The match ended one-all with Gwion Edwards hitting the equaliser for Posh and former Posh midfielder Erhun Oztumer opened the scoring in the first-half for the hosts.
