Vital Posh February Player of the Month (Poll)

Posh played just four matches during the month; Two against teams chasing promotion or the play-offs while the other two were against teams desperate to avoid relegation.

They started the month off by coming away from play-off hopefuls Burnley with a point, but were unfortunate not to come away with all three points after Burnley scored late on in the game.

A disappointing seven minutes Posh would like to forget about at Cardiff where they conceded three goals were soon forgotten when Posh beat Bristol City 3-0.

The final game of the month saw Posh score a last gasp equaliser away at Doncaster through their new million pound striker Tyrone Barnett.

Five points from the month helps Posh towards their initial target of 50 points, but they may not need that many points to retain their Championship status.
