Huke Seals Daggers Switch

Posh midfield man Shane Huke has joined League Two new-boys Dagenham and Redbridge.

The 21-year-old utility player has today left London Road by mutual consent, and looks set to join up with the Daggers when the transfer window re-opens.

Huke made 18 starts for Posh, with 11 substitute appearances. He was a regular in the side under Keith Alexander, and had been tipped for a promising future at London Road.

At just 21, will Huke's release prove a mistake for Fergie, or was it unrealistic to include the youngster in his plans for such an exciting young side?

Good player but not good enough for what we're trying to achieve. Good luck to him though - hope he does a good job a D & R
