New Peterborough United manager Steve Evans faces the cameras for the first time since taking over from Grant McCann. Watch what he has to say and watch the players put through their first training session.

A delighted Steve Evans gave his first interview after finally getting the job he`s wanted for a long time. Being a Posh fan and living just down the road, it`s a dream job for him although there is one other job that Evans would like and that is the closest club to the Scotsmans heart, Glasgow Celtic.

Evans is impressed with the squad he has inherited and confirmed some of his previous Posh targets when managing at other clubs which didn`t come off such as Leo Da Silva Lopes and Marcus Maddison. He was also frank with his assessment when he met the Posh players as he told players such as Maddison that he was a "genius" but needed to "work harder"!

He knows the immediate task in front of him is massive and that Posh need to win around 75% of their remaining matches if they are to get anywhere near making the play-offs.
