Football League sponsors Sky Bet believe Wigan Athletic will have no problems in defeating their hosts Peterborough United in the EFL Sky Bet League One match at the ABAX Stadium.

Peterborough United v Wigan Athletic
Location: ABAX Stadium
Date: Saturday, 23rd September, 2017
Kick-off: 15:00pm

Posh and the Latics are third and second in League One respectively with both sides having suffered just one defeat this season in the League but that hasn`t stopped the bookies making Wigan the clear favourites to win this match this afternoon.

Posh are currently unbeaten in their last two matches as they beat MK Dons (2-0) and drew with Walsall (1-1) since they suffered that sole defeat to Bradford City (1-3).

Similarly, the Latics also remain unbeaten since they lost to League leaders Shrewsbury Town (1-0) but in contrast they have won all three matches since that defeat, keeping a clean sheet in all three matches and scoring seven goals in the process.

It is this latest form shown by the former Premier League side that gives them the edge with the bookies as they are quoted as 23/20 to beat Posh with Posh at 11/5 for the win. The draw is priced at 5/2.

Will both sides remain unbeaten or have the bookies got it right? Predict the Posh v Latics score HERE.

There have been 10 different predictions that have received votes but three of them are edging ahead of the others and they are all for a Wigan victory. Those predictions are two-one, two-nil and three-one.

Of those 10 predictions, six are for a Latics win and four are for a Posh victory! So no one fancies a draw in this top three clash?
