Vital Posh APRIL Player of the Month (Poll)

The next Player of the Month Poll is now up and running for April 2014.

After a poor March, Posh really put their foot down and played every match as if it were a cup final and that mentality paid off as they claimed five wins in their seven League matches during April.

The only defeats came at League One Champions Wolves and a narrow 1-0 defeat at Bradford City.

Three clean sheets in their five wins went a long way to securing the victories but they also suffered their usual defensive lapses.

Posh started and ended the month in sixth place but they were only one point ahead of Swindon Town at the start of the month but the gap was seven points by the end of the month.
