The Vital Posh Man of the Match Poll is now up and running for the FA Cup Round Two match between Peterborough United and Tranmere Rovers.

Goal scoring duo celebrate Britts third goal v Tranmere

Posh produced a very professional performance when beating fellow League One side Tranmere Rovers 5-0 for the second time this season.

The win means Posh move into the third round of the FA Cup and are in with a chance of getting a big team…not that we usually get one!

Britt Assombalonga scored his first ever professional hat-trick while Shaun Jeffers got the nod to partner Britt up front and repaid the faith shown in him by scoring twice.

Lee Tomlin looked to be back at his best as he controlled the match while Grant McCann, standing in for the Jack Payne who was ill, was also instrumental at the base of the diamond with his calmness.

Posh were so dominant, Rovers only had two shots all match compared to 22 by Posh. Bobby Olejnik could`ve had the day off as neither shot was on target!

What did you think to the players performance?

Rate the players below and the player with the best rating will win the Man of the Match.

The poll is open until noon on Saturday [14th December].
