Griffiths tries out life as a Pilgrim

Peterborough United left back Scott Griffiths has gone out on loan to League Two side Plymouth Argyle.

The 26-year-old goes straight into the Plymouth squad for their Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Aldershot Town tonight [Tuesday 9th October].

Griffiths has spent more time away from London Road than at it since joining Posh initially on loan from Dagenham and Redbridge in the 2009/10 season. The left back has since had stints at Chesterfield (twice), Crawley Town and Rotherham on loan making a total of 50 appearances whereas he has only played 20 times for Posh!

Argyle will have the services of Griffiths for an initial one month with the loan expiring after the clash with Burton Albion on 6th November.
