Posh Tracking Non-League Hotshot

Peterborough United are keeping tabs on a hotshot in the non-League who is scoring goals for fun!

Damian Reeves is currently plying his footballing trade at Conference North outfit Altrincham. He has so far scored 11 goals in just seven starts this season. This follows on from a staggering 44 goals last term!

Reeves was close to signing for Gillingham in the summer but declined the offer in favour of re-signing for Altrincham on a two-year deal. However, his continued scoring form has brought him to the attention of many teams throughout the Premiership and Football League.

As well as Posh, other clubs known to keeping a close eye on the hot property are Fulham, Preston and Doncaster.

The 26-year-old, a former Leeds United youngster, has hit the back of the net 63 times in 79 starts since signing for Altrincham.

Should a Football League club decide to take the plunge, Reeves has a release clause that will allow him to leave on a free transfer which makes it a no-brainer that someone should give him a shot at professional football!
