2012/13 Price Categories Announced by Posh

2012/13 Price Categories Announced by Posh

Peterborough United have issued the price categories for the forthcoming 2012/13 Championship games.

Having introduced a category system last season, it was seen as a success and the club decided to do the same this season.

The categories have been split into three groups with category A being the most expensive.

There will be just three category 'C' games and four category 'B' games. Prices for these games are lower than normal match day prices.

Category A
Blackburn Rovers
Blackpool
Birmingham City
Bolton Wanderers
Cardiff City
Crystal Palace
Derby County
Hull City
Ipswich Town
Leeds United
Leicester City
Middlesbrough
Nottingham Forest
Sheffield Wednesday
Watford
Wolverhampton Wanderers

Category B
Brighton and Hove Albion
Charlton Athletic
Huddersfield Town
Millwall

Category C
Barnsley
Bristol City
Burnley

The categorisation of games is subject to change.

Chief Executive Bob Symns said: 'Following the initial introduction of matchday price categorisation last season we will again apply this feature to a number of selected home matches.

'As previously intended, we hope this will encourage and support elevated attendances throughout the season but would emphasise that these games may be subject to change.'
