4. Ryan Bennett

A calm head on a young body.

Ryan Bennett was an ideal partner to fellow centre-back Gaby Zakuani and his performances over the three years at Posh improved week by week. His performances caught the eye of Premiership teams with both Swansea and Norwich City fighting for his services during the January transfer window.

The England Under 21 defender eventually signed for Norwich for a reported £3.2 million just before the transfer deadline. He could also represent Team GB in this years Olympics as he was on the original list of players.

22-year-old Bennett played for Posh over 80 times following his move from Grimsby Town while he has already played 8 times in the Premiership for Norwich.
