Head to Head - Peterborough United -Vs- Millwall

Vital Posh looks at previous matches between Peterborough United and Millwall.

Peterborough United host fellow Championship strugglers Millwall to London Road on Tuesday evening with both teams desperate to pull away from the relegation fight.

Posh are currently 18th in the npower Championship with 38 points from 33 matches while Millwall are just one place below Posh with 34 points from 33 matches.

The corresponding match to this earlier in the season ended in a 2-2 draw in mid-August. Millwall had gone into a 2 goal lead early in the second half thanks to goals from Trotter and Bouazza but a spirited fightback by Posh saw goals from Frecklington and Taylor to the draw.

Posh and Millwall have faced each other on 21 occasions in the League. Millwall have won nine of these matches compared to six wins by Posh and six draws.

At London Road, it is very even with three wins each and four draws.
