Vital Posh looks at previous matches between Peterborough United and West Ham United.

Peterborough United entertain npower Championship leaders West Ham United looking to build on the improved performance of last week away against an in-form Burnley.
West Ham meanwhile will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the table to seven points.
Posh and The Hammers have only played each other on three occasions in the League with Posh losing every single time! In fact, they have only played three times in all competitive matches!
These two teams last met earlier this season when Posh lost 1-0 thanks to a very soft penalty awarded early in the game which was converted by Mark Noble sending Paul Jones the wrong way.
That result saw West Ham move up from 5th place to 4th, while Posh dropped down one place to 11th.
Previous League Results:
1992/93 12-Sep Peterborough 1 - 3 West Ham Utd League Div One
1992/93 09-Feb West Ham Utd 2 - 1 Peterborough League Div One
2011/12 24-Sep West Ham Utd 1 - 0 Peterborough Championship
Posh have reduced the number of goals conceded by one on each occasion they`ve played West Ham so hopefully we can keep a clean sheet this time!
Last Time Out At London Road
Posh have only ever entertained West Ham in competitive action action once and that was back in 1992 when Billy Bonds was the West Ham manager and current Posh coach Mark Robson was in the Hammers side!
Posh 1 - 3 West Ham United
Attendance: 10,657
Just like this season, The Hammers had been relegated from the top flight the previous season and were intent on a quick return.
Posh had reached the First Division for the first time in their history on the back of successive promotions and just like this season, were looking to retain their First Division status but West Ham were just too good.
Posh actually took the lead though through Tony Adcock in the 16th minute after the ball was knocked down to him by Lee Howarth.
The lead didn't last that long and by half-time, the Hammers had put the ball into the Posh net on three occasions through Trevor Morley, Martin Allen and Kevin Keen.
Posh: Bennett, Luke, Robinson, Howarth, Welsh, Ebdon, Halsall, Sterling, Barnes, Adcock, Charlery.
Sub used Costello.
West Ham: Miklosko, Breacker, Thomas, Potts, Martin, M. Allen, Robson, Butler, Keen, Morley, C. Allen.
