Head to Head - Burnley -Vs- Peterborough United

Vital Posh looks at previous matches between Burnley and Peterborough United.

Peterborough United travel north west to face the npower Championship form team Burnley looking to halt a run of four consecutive defeats in all competitions. Burnley, on the other hand, will be looking to extend their run of eight League wins in their last eleven games.

The Clarets and Posh have played each other on just 17 occasions in the League with Posh having the upper hand having won eight of these games compared to Burnley`s four.

These two teams last met earlier this season when Posh ran out 2-1 winnders thanks to a brace of goals by Emile Sinclair on his home debut. That result saw Burnley hover just above the relegation places in 21st place on goal difference, while Posh moved up one place to 10th place.
