Arber ready to move on

Mark Arber has told local radio that there were a number of reasons why POSH faded from the play-off picture last season.

In a frank and honest statement he mentioned the turnover of managers and intrusion from TV cameras for causing the slump in form.

He also mentioned that the late arrival of Keith Alexander to the club had meant that only fitness work had been completed this pre-season, leaving only this week for tactics and shape to be decided.

Despite this though, he insisted there was to be no excuses if POSH failed to at least reach the play offs this season.
