Star players on trial

The crown jewels of Peterborough United, Sean St Ledger and Danny Crow have been on trial with other clubs over the last week or so.

St Ledger has been linked with Birmingham City for a long time and POSH owner Barry Fry has confirmed that Steve Bruce is having a closer look at the player having seen him perform for Brum is a friendly against Northampton.

Top scorer from last season Danny Crow has been mentioned in connection with Premiership new boys Watford during the closed season but has been to Denmark to look at the facilities OB Odense have to offer.

POSH have rejected two bids from the club now headed by Bruce Rioch.

It does seem strange that Crow (pictured) would go to Denmark, but I suppose it is nearer his hometown of Great Yarmouth that some places!!!
