Barry Fry quits...

Having heard the comments of new POSH manager and his desire to keep the football side of the club soley his domain, the official website has released a bizarre statement regarding the position of owner Barry Fry.

Fry has quit as Director of Football, a role he took on last season after retiring from management and appointing Mark Wright.

He is now solely Chairman of Peterborough United.

The lines and boundaries are defined and this club can hopefully now get going in the right direction after many years of decline.

Whether Fry will be able to let go completely and keep the two facets of the club seperate will be the key to how successful POSH will be in League Two this coming season.
