Keith is own man

New Peterborough United manager Keith Alexander insists he is his own man and will not take kindly to any interference from the boardroom.

Former caretaker mananger Steve Bleasdale quit the club back in March after owner Barry Fry had tried to pick the side for him.

Alexander says that although Fry and he are friends, he is there to sort the football side out and Fry is there to try and bring the money into increase the budget.

Alexander joined yesterday on a four year deal.
