'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Alexander is the man for POSH

So it all ended as many had predicted a few weeks ago with the appointment of Keith Alexander as the manager of Peterborough United.

Barry Fry described the men as 'great friends' and said Alexander was 'the ideal man for the job'.

Alexander had guided Lincoln City to the play off semi finals last season before losing out to Grimbsy and comes with a reputation for being able to get the best out of teams on a limited budget.

He also has a reputation for, shall we call it direct? football but POSH fans wont care if it provides some much needed success.

All at this site would like to welcome Keith to the football club and wish him every success with Peterborough United this season.

As Barry Fry said at the conclusion of the news conference 'the future is bright, the future is blue and white'

The football fans of a whole city hope that for once Fry is right.
