Posh - Sergio Torres - Back in the Fold?

One surprise inclusion amongst the list of substitutes last night was that of Sergio Torres.

Torres, if you all recall, was one of those players told by the club that he had no future at London Road and that he was, basically, surplus to requirements after our promotion from League One.

From what I recall from those hazy days when we, foolishly, half believed the Championship would be a stroll in the park, Sergio vowed to do his utmost to remain a Posh player.

However, he`s featured very little this season and has spent a loan spell at Lincoln City, where the fans appreciated his talents and took to him.

But, now back at London Road, you have to wonder whether a second change in manager has worked in Sergio`s favour.

Has Jim Gannon seen something that Darren Ferguson and Mark Cooper might have missed?
