Posh - Mclean Wants Out!

Posh - Mclean Wants Out!

It`s a sad night tonight as news breaks that a transfer request made by Aaron Mclean has been granted.

Aaron, who has made 144 appearances scoring 68 goals appears to have had his fill after being dropped for the fixture against Newcastle.

It appears Aaron was more than miffed at the time but held back at the chairman`s request but matters now seem to have come to a head with Aaron commenting,

"I did not hand in a request at the time as the chairman asked me to back him but I can't get over the way I was treated.'

'I was made club captain and dropped for the biggest game of my career."

'After the game I spoke with the chairman about how upset I was. I decided to try and get on with things as the chairman, staff and supporters have been very dear to my heart."

'But I now feel these factors, my age and my family commitments make it the right time to move clubs.'

If Aaron is sold is it the beginning of a downturn in our fortunes?
