Posh - A Nervous January?

The festive season is approaching and with it the usual drama the January transfer window will bring.

Except this time around things could be a little different, London Road could become a hive of activity, as I`ll explain.

Darren Ferguson had hardly driven out of the London Road car park before it was being implicated he had another job lined up, it doesn`t take a genius to work out that his signature, on a contract, will be coveted by a whole host of clubs, after all back-to-back promotions is something that many a manager would like on their curriculum vitae.

Also, Darragh MacAnthony has implied that if Mark Cooper perceives the Posh squad needs bolstering to ensure survival in the Championship then funds will be provided.

Which leads me onto a leading question!

Imagine January arriving and imagine if Darren has found a new club, also imagine if we`re still rooted to the bottom of the table or still in serious danger of being relegated, will the previously discussed plan whereby a top name would be sold to provide funds be implemented, continuing down the same road, which of our stars can you perceive Darren Ferguson plundering first?

Boyd? Mackail-Smith? Mclean or Lewis? Or will he plunder youth?

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
