As we`ve already mentioned before today, the possibility of Darren Ferguson returning to meaningful employment very shortly remains a distinct possibility.

No sooner had he left London Road and the rumour mill was linking him to a position at Prenton Park with the job of turning around the fortunes of Tranmere Rovers.

However, flicking through a few forums at lunchtime today you cannot help but laugh!

With so many potential candidates for the vacant Scotland post quickly rubbishing any links with the job some pundits are starting to predict that Darren could soon be in the frame!
