Posh - Boyd Poised for Record!

Posh - Boyd Poised for Record!

Surely it has got to be a reason to make sure we win!

What am I talking about you may ask?

Well the local media have, and we`re very grateful for them in doing so, pointed out that George Boyd, if selected, will equal a Posh record for the most consecutive number of appearances in Football League matches against Bristol City.

Currently on 123 George will equal the current record of 124, set by Eric Steele.

George will then set a new mark, if he avoids injury and isn`t dropped, when Posh entertain Doncaster Rovers next Tuesday.

Come on George, how about two match winning performances to celebrate equaling and then beating the record set by Eric?
