Posh - Best is Yet to Come!

Posh - Best is Yet to Come!

After a run of three consecutive Championship defeats, Posh are sitting in the relegation zone.

Already today we`ve covered the fact that Darren Ferguson would rate it as the greatest achievement of his managerial career, so far, to stabilize the good ship Posh and to keep her in the Championship whilst also establishing Posh as a recognized Championship side.

Further to that, Darren has also spoken about the fact that Posh, undoubtedly, get better and better as the season goes on, remarking to the local press,

'Historically we have always improved as a season has progressed and I am confident that will be the case again. We are a far better side than we have shown so far."

'I have a lot of faith in the squad and I expect us to come good. We have said from day one that we have not won back-to-back promotions just to stand still in the Championship."

'We want to stay here and we will.'

I truly hope so Darren because to slip one step back after taking two giant strides forward would be an absolute disaster.
