Posh - Ferguson Rattles Up Two Wins on the Trot!

It has been a decent few days for Darren Ferguson!

After seeing his side complete a remarkable comeback against Reading, winning 3-2 after being 2-0 down at half time he watched from the sidelines last night as his buoyant side took Championship high-flyers, Newcastle United, to the cleaners.

Off course it`ll all count for nothing if we slip up against Blackpool on Saturday but we sincerely hope that Darren allowed himself a wry smile and a celebratory drink last night before getting back to business in training today.

After the victory, Darren kept it sort and sweet in his post match interview,, merely echoing the thoughts of those Posh fans who were there, remarking,

"I thought we were excellent and worthy winners."

"It was just a shame it wasn`t more than two. - their keeper was outstanding."


Now we can all look forward to the draw on Saturday and keep our fingers crossed that we get a real plum one!
