Posh - Winning Thoughts from Ferguson!
After going seven Championship games without a win, I expect Darren Ferguson was more than a little nervous when the side walked in, at half time, trailing 2-0 to Reading.
However, Fergie gambled, made two substitutions and the rest, as they say, is history.
After the game Fergie recalled his half time speech in his post match interview, remarking,
"At half-time, I said it could go one of two ways. We could hide or stand up."
"It was a monkey off our backs getting the first win. Maybe, it will be the changing point in our season."
Here`s hoping so Fergie, the beer certainly tasted better last night than it has done all season!
