Posh - The Dirty Dozen Revisited?

Once the celebrations had died down and the dust had settled, the club issued a list of a dozen players that it deemed to be surplus to requirements if we were to make an impression in the Championship.

The list contained some familiar names and some names that many of us thought were harshly done by.

All summer we`ve been looking at how those on the list have been getting on. The majority have found new clubs:-

Tyler - Luton Town
Hatch - Luton Town
Blackett - Luton Town

Out of those three Tyler has done the best getting rave reviews as Luton sit unbeaten in third place in the Blue Square Conference. Hatch is currently on the injured list courtesy of an ankle injury whilst Blackett, after getting an unjust red card has just started to make his way back with a substitutes appearance against Crawley Town the other night.

Potter - Oxford United (on loan for the season)
Howe - Lincoln City (on loan until December)
Westwood - Wycombe Wanderers
Rendell - Torquay (on loan for the season)
Charnock - Torquay
Braham-Barrett - Grays Athletic

Which still leaves the following trio still residing at London Road

Blanchett
Appiah
Torres

Surely there must be somebody out there who is interested in taking these three players on?

However, it was also muted when the twelve were placed on the list that Posh could see a substantial amount of money come in to the kitty.

Unfortunately, that doesn`t appear to have been the case does it with many simply going out on loan.

Ah well!

Best laid plans and all that!
