Peterborough on Mackail-Smith`s Injury!

Although we believe that Craig Mackail-Smith flew home early from the fitness camp in Marbella, there, according to the club, isn`t much cause for concern.

According to comments quoted by the BBC and taken from Radio Cambridgeshire, Darren Ferguson is fairly certain that the injury will not stop Craig from playing and it is something he`s learned t live with for the last couple of years, or in Darren`s own words,

"Craig has a slight groin problem but we`re hopeful it won`t become too much of an issue."

"He`s had this problem for a couple of years, but I`m certain he can still play despite the discomfort and he`ll be ready for the start of the season."

Let`s hope we`ve not missed an ideal opportunity to cure the problem and stand on helpless as the condition worsens!
