Posh - Mackail-Smith Flies Home!

Posh - Mackail-Smith Flies Home!

It`s interesting to note that Craig Mackail-Smith has flown back to England for treatment on his groin problem.

Having missed out on any action in the behind-closed-doors friendly with Rochdale, there are serious concerns that Craig`s injury may be more serious than is being let on.

Indeed, surfing the internet I found a lovely post by one wag who compared it to the toe injury suffered by Morgan last season. That too was put down as a minor injury but went on so long many thought he`d had a toe amputated and another stitched back on - well it made me smile!

Here`s hoping that Craig doesn`t suffer a similar long lay-off, if we are to make a good start in the Championship we`ll need his goals, that`s for sure!
