Posh - Mackail-Smith on His Injury!

As we predicted yesterday Craig Mackail-Smith was forced to sit out the 2-0 win over Rochdale due to a groin injury.

Fortunately, it doesn`t appear as bad as was first anticipated with Craig himself remarking upon his absence,

'I overstretched my groin, so it is sore. I didn't want to push myself too hard and make it any worse.

'It is frustrating to sit out the sessions because I don't want to get too far behind the rest of the lads, but I have to ice and rest it at present.'

Take your time Craig, we don`t want the injury aggravated do we now?
