Posh - Everton Interest in Lewis?
Yesterday the internet was rife with the suggestion that Everton Football Club were keen to take Joe Lewis from us.
The rumours were that Joe was seen as the perfect understudy to the American #1, Tim Howard.
Any such rumours were swiftly refuted by Peterborough as Lewis would, quite understandably, stay at Posh as our first choice keeper.
Perhaps, if Everton are looking for an understudy to Howard they should take alook at Scott Loach, or perhaps on the evidence of his display in the 4-0 thrashing by Germnay last night, perhaps not!
Stuart Pearce, what were you thinking of mate?
