Posh - It`ll Be Hungry Youth for Us (Again)!

Anyone waiting to see Posh splash a huge sum of money on a new signing is likely to be disappointed.

Instead, listening to Darren Ferguson, we`re going to stick to the tired and trusted transfer policy of recent seasons.

A policy that has seen us enjoy back-to-back promotion and has seen the integration of some talented and exciting young talent, often from non-league football.

A fact Darren Ferguson has pointed out in an interview given to the local media when he remarked,

'The transfer policy hasn't changed from the last two seasons and it's worked so well it would be foolish to try anything different.

'The new players we are seeking are young and they are hungry. We're not looking for big names just because we've gone up a division again.'

Not sure about big names but some valuable experience might steady the ship!
