Posh - Fergusons` Secret!

After back-to-back promotions Darren Ferguson is a wanted man in managerial circles.

There`s no doubt he`ll be linked to numerous positions as we approach our first ever season in the Championship. Many will call him a chip off the old block whilst many will ponder as to what his secret is.

When broached on the subject, Ferguson gave the sort of answer that`ll impress his playing staff commenting,

'I have good players who want to learn and who want to improve. I also have an excellent staff around me and I trust everyone of them implicitly."

'Obviously the chairman is a massive factor in what we have achieved and he has never failed to back me when it's been needed."

'We have achieved a hell of a lot in two years, but no-one is getting carried away. We still have goals we are aiming for so no-one is resting on their laurels believing they have completed the job."

'That's one of the good things about the club. We work hard, but we are always looking for ways to get even better on and off the pitch."

'But really it's the players who should take a lot of the credit. They really are a fantastic bunch who get on great with each other.'

All about team work and trust coupled with a desire to do things as they should be done!
