Posh - Sermon Time (again)!

Posh - Sermon Time (again)!

Interesting to watch Anglia News tonight!

There was an inquisition on why Norwich City lost their Championship status.

The consensus of opinion amongst the staff at Carrow Road was that they had too large a squad without sufficient class in it, they`d succumbed to the loan syndrome whereby it was easier to recruit on season long loans than purchase.

Now if we contrast that with what Darren Ferguson is being quoted as saying, following the fixture against Swindon on Saturday,

'We are close to a couple now, although we'll probably have to lose a few as well. I don't particularly like bringing players in on loan, but we will be able to attract players from the Premier League now, possibly on season-long loans."

we here at Vital Posh would ask Darren to heed the words coming out of Carrow Road and if he does go down the loan route to make sure they are of sufficient quality.

Okay, sermon over (for now)!
