Posh - Ferguson Urges Caution

Posh - Ferguson Urges Caution

It`s important to remain level headed after Millwall`s defeat at home to Colchester United last night.

After initially thumping the drum and shouting aloud from the rooftops, we all know that one defeat for Posh could open up the race again.

Its a fact that has been picked up upon by Darren Ferguson who has remarked to the media,

'That was a great result for us at Millwall, but nothing is decided yet."
'It wasn't when we beat Leicester and, although that result gives us a slight advantage, there is still plenty to play for."

'We have put ourselves in a fantastic position, but we have six matches to play when anything can happen. We are the form team in the division and we are very confident in our ability, but we must not become complacent.'

'Things can change quickly in football so I want to get a win at Oldham on Saturday and then to get through the Easter matches. We will have a much better idea of where we are then.'

A win at Oldham would, in our opinion, seriously put the pressure on the others though as the games start to run out!

Like I said - if we beat Oldham we can see a real bright light at the end of the tunnel!
