Posh - Lewis on Promotion!
The realisation that promotion is within our grasp is something the players are acutely aware of.
Speaking to the media after the 1-0 win against Bristol Rovers, our keeper, Joe Lewis, summed the situation up perfectly when he remarked,
"If we win every game from now we`re up."
Its frightening thought, win after win after win and we`ll be there.
However, Joe is sensible enough to realise that in this topsy-turvy game of ours, anything could still happen, the unlikeliest of scenarios could develop and we could all be left with egg on our faces causing Joe to further remark,
"I`m sure there`ll be lots of twists but it`s in our hands."
How about we take it one game at a time, starting with Leicester this Saturday?
