Posh - McLean to Wolves Talk Dismissed!
Even we were duped into carrying an article that implied that Wolves, under Mick McCarthy, had tried to lure Aaron McLean away from London Road in the January transfer window.
Well apparently that was not the case.
On the eve of our vital fixture against Scunthorpe, Darren Ferguson has put the record straight remarking,
'We are going to get this sort of speculation all the time."
"It's nothing new, but I haven't spoken to Wolves manager Mick McCarthy about Aaron since he declared his interest in him last summer.'
So that`s that sorted then!
