Posh - Chester Bids Farewell!

The Manchester United youngster, James Chester, has bid farewell to London Road.

On loan, for a month, the loan period expired after the defeat to Southend United, incidentally, the only defeat Chester suffered whilst wearing a Posh shirt.

However, the youngster returns to Old Trafford having gained some valuable experience, remarking to the local media,

'It's been a great experience for me and I've enjoyed being here, but I'm disappointed with the way it finished.

'I've never played against teams like Southend who play the long ball all the time before. They just kept banging it over our heads and making us turn around."

'But it's been a valuable learning curve though and I'm glad I came down."

Here at Vital Posh we`d like to say it`s been a pleasure having you and hopefully we`ll see you again some day, possibly in a Posh shirt again on another loan spell?
