'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Posh - Lying on a Hospital Trolley?

It never ceases to amaze me that even in times of adversity there is a certain spirit shown by those who are associated with football that is often unique.

It doesn`t matter whether you`re a player or simply a supporter, when you`re away from the action you just have to know what is going on.

As Gabriel Zakuani contemplated just exactly what he`d done to his neck in the local hospital the other night he was able to keep up to date on what was going on at London Road by a Posh supporting doctor.

Zakuani takes up the story,

'I'm just glad that we went on to win the game. One of the doctors at the hospital had money on Posh to win and was following what was happening."

We`d be intrigued to know how much he had on us Gaby?

But as Gaby continues,

'He kept me informed and it was great to hear that Aaron had scored and we had picked up the three points.'

So he didn`t offer to share the winning then?
