Posh - The 13 Game Season!

What we have already achieved counts for nothing as we look ahead.

Okay, we`ve made giant strides, strides which some of us thought were beyond us but it`ll all count for nothing if we simply fade away from no won in!

There are thirteen league games to play, thirteen games in which the current squad can make history, thirteen games in which we can, if the application is right, propel ourselves into the Championship.

It`s a scenario that either excites you or frightens you, if it`s the latter then I suggest you jump ship!

We may trail MK Dons by a single point but the momentum is with us and although Darren Fergsuon has said he`d rather have the extra point in the bag, he`s excited by what lies ahead remarking,

'If I'm honest I'd prefer to be in MK Dons' position than ours, but I have a feeling we will overtake them on Saturday."

'And then it will be interesting to see how Dons react psychologically. They will be chasing us and that will require a different mindset from them."

'Both teams were in this situation last season in League Two and both coped well then, but I am very confident that we have the ability and mental strength to keep going now."

Is that what it comes down to, a combination of mental strength and talent?
