Posh - McLean Closing in on his Target!

Posh - McLean Closing in on his Target!

After netting four goals in as many games Aaron McLean will be the man to watch tonight.

McLean, who now has fifteen goals this season, is well on the way to convincing any remaining doubters that he can be a goal scorer in a higher division.

Last season, when Posh gained promotion from League Two, Aaron hit 33 goals and as all good strikers do he`s set himself a target for this year.

However, he`s keeping his target close to his chest merely remarking,

'I'm happy with my own form as well. The new system suits me as I enjoy playing down the middle with quality players on either side.

'I have a goals target in mind and I'm confident I can reach it.'

I reckon Aaron wouldn`t be too unhappy if he hit 24 goals this season!

I reckon he'd stick on 15 if it meant Posh got promotion!
