'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Posh - Youngster Enjoying Life at London Road

James Chester, signed on loan from Manchester United, appears to be enjoying his time at London Road.

The youngster, who has slotted into the centre of our defence after Craig Morgan picked up an injury, looks likely to keep his place for the fixture against Hereford United this weekend.

Speaking to the local media, James has given an insight into how much he is enjoying life at London Road remarking,

'I'm happy with the way I've played and I've enjoyed the football. I knew Peterborough were a good footballing side when I came down here and they haven't disappointed at all.

'I was told Sir Alex Ferguson would be watching at Tranmere which was good. It didn't make me more nervous because I see him all the time.

'Overall it's been a good move for me. I'm staying in a hotel at the moment which can be a bit boring, but I've been out playing snooker and darts with the lads so it's not been too bad.

'I'm here for a month at the moment and nothing's been said about me staying any longer. If Peterborough want me I'd be more than willing to stay.'

Here at Vital Posh, we`d be very surprised if Darren Ferguson didn`t at least extend the stay for a further month, at least until our current injury woes are well and truly behind us.
