'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Posh - Lee Unwilling To Vacate Starting XI Place!

With our plethora of injuries, one man has proven to be very versatile when it comes to filling in.

With Craig Morgan, Tom Williams and Jamie Day all out injured Charlie Lee has proved very adapt at slotting in, and doing a damn fine job, wherever he`s asked to play.

However, with several regular first team players now on the way back, Lee faces a challenge to remain on the first eleven team sheet.

However, speaking to the local media, Lee has spoken about the challenge ahead and his plans, remarking,

'I am like every other footballer in that I just want to be playing regularly and being able to play in a lot of positions should definitely help me during my career."

'I started off filling in at left-back a couple of times and it has gone on from there."

'It seems to have worked out pretty well for me and I've been enjoying playing lately."

'We've got a lot of good left-backs at the club and I thought Shane did really well in the reserves yesterday."

'It is great to have lads getting back fit because competition for places is ever so important and something I relish.'

Something tells me Charlie Lee is going to feature prominently in the games to come.
