Posh - Who`ll Replace Williams?

Posh - Who`ll Replace Williams?

With Tom Williams imminently going under the knife, our thoughts turn to who`ll replace him in the forthcoming weeks.

The most natural choice, in the immediate future, has to be Charlie Lee. The versatile Lee has already filled in for Williams this season and Darren Ferguson has remarked,

'I feel full-back could well become Charlie's best position because he has all the attributes required to play there.'

However, there is further good news on the horizon with Shane Blackett set to return from a prolonged lay-off, courtesy of having a shoulder pinned, in three or four weeks time.

There could also be the possibility of Danny Blanchett getting an appearance or two with Ferguson commenting,

"Blanchett has been different class in training lately."

So, whilst we may miss Tom Williams we are adequately covered, thankfully!
