Posh - A Lop-Sided Affair!

Leading by a solitary goal always leaves a side looking over the precipice of disaster.

A momentary lapse of concentration can see ninety minutes work eclipsed by a sudden breakaway or a slice of good fortune.

Thankfully, yesterday, despite hammering at the Walsall door for the best part of those ninety minutes, Joe Lewis was equal to anything the Saddlers could muster.

Afterwards, Darren Ferguson spoke about the lop-sided nature of the game by remarking,

"It must have been the most comfortable 1-0 victory of all time."

"You normally expect to be put under some sort of pressure at some stage of a game, but t didn`t seem to happen."

However, I`d hazard a guess that we may well be under a little more pressure on Tuesday evening when Roberto Di Matteo brings his MK Dons side to London Road desperate not to lose two away games on the bounce.

Bit like our game with Stoke but we were behind for ages despite being all over them!
