Posh - Mackail-Smith - We Can Do It!

Posh - Mackail-Smith - We Can Do It!

I can just about remember getting in last night.

After that fantastic day on the road it was always going to be a night whereby a few beers were drunk. Just how many times have I run Craig Mackail-Smiths equaliser through my mind is an unanswerable question, all I know is that it gets sweeter every time.

We now have the chance to finish off West Bromwich Albion on our own patch and the goal hero from Saturday is confident we can do it when he remarked in a post match interview,

'The boys were fantastic. I think we deserved a bit more than a draw but we have just got to take them to our place now and beat them there."

'There was so much space and time for us to get the ball down and, with the players we have got, we are a match for any team - and I think we showed it today."

'We never let our heads drop after going a goal down, got the goal we deserved and got stronger and almost nicked it at the end."

'I had a chance before scoring but just couldn't get my head on it. I had to keep going and am just happy to get the equaliser.'

'We fancy our chances in the replay. "

'We've got to do the same, get the ball down, pass it and move and I think we've got a good chance.''

A fantastic chance I`d say!
