Posh - Williams a Doubt for Cup Match!

As the squad contemplate an FA Cup 3rd round fixture against Premier League West Brom, Darren Ferguson has only one injury problem.

Our dependable left back, he who is attached to the model Nicola McLean, Tom Williams, may miss the encounter.

Williams has been suffering with a knee problem and it`s touch and go whether he`ll make it or not,

Speaking about the situation to the local media, Darren Ferguson has remarked,

'Tommy is the only doubt as he has hardly been training because of a long-standing knee problem. If he plays tomorrow he would be struggling for Tuesday.

'We missed him badly when he didn't play against Leicester the other week, but Danny Blanchett did well in the last round at Tranmere and he's looked very good in training in recent weeks.'

Clearly, Darren has a decision to make. Does he rest Tommy tomorrow believing the League One match with MK Dons, on Tuesday, is far more important, or does he chase FA Cup glory?

I'd rest him for Tuesday, we've more chance of getting promotion than winning the FA Cup!
