Posh Win Award!

Posh Win Award!

It`s hardly surprising a nine goal thriller got more than the occasional mention in despatches but it`s something of a surprise to see that the 6-3 win at Cheltenham was awarded the ultimate accolade.

We say ultimate because being named as the 'Best Performance of the Week` things can hardly get better can they?

Seemingly the League Managers Association thought not when declaring Posh as the winners this week.

The panel, consisting of Joe Royle, Sir Alex Ferguson, Dave Bassett, Howard Wilkinson and our own Barry Fry (although we wonder if Barry was allowed to vote for his own entity) bestowed the honour on Posh and for that we`re very grateful.

After all, it`s always nice to win something isn`t it?
