Ferguson Congratulates Foxes

Ferguson Congratulates Foxes

It was time to lick our wounds last night after the drubbing we received from Leicester City.

Hopefully, the forthcoming festive clashes with Millwall and Cheltenham will provide us with an opportunity to get the show on the road.

However, as one would expect, Darren Ferguson was very magnanimous in defeat and in his post match comments echoed sentiments we expressed on Saturday evening,

'We have just played against a very good Leicester side who deserved their victory."

'We started very well but then we scored an unfortunate own goal."

'But we hit back and carved them open when we hit the woodwork twice, but full marks to Leicester they fully deserved their win and without doubt they are the best side we have played in this division.'

Right, let`s get this show back on the road.
